Scrum Master

Perform the role of Scrum Master for 1 to 2 scrum teams.
Responsible for running sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint review/ retrospective, daily scrum, and release planning meetings.
Drive the adoption of engineering / agile best practices, including but not limited to: test automation, peer reviews, TDD, and continuous integration, to ensure that teams deliver the highest quality product.
Build a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis on problem solving.
Facilitate discussions, decision making and conflict resolutions.
Identify and remove or guide the team to remove impediments and help keep the teams on track for the delivery of projects.
Guide and coach the team(s) on how to get the most out of self-organization.
Communicate with other teams and management on project progress and dependency handling and ensure the transparency of the team.
